Preparing and defining the project scope of work, financial plan, resource’s requirement, its goals and delivery;
Design the project workflow for each lending projection with stakeholder (s);
Managing the design of the project documents such as MoU, assessment form, loan contract, and other documents to monitoring on project performance;
Coordinating directly and indirectly with project staff and stakeholders to ensure successful completion of the project;
Resolving and tracking critical issues to minimize project risk factors;
Reporting on project progress and communicated relevant information to management;
Communicating intensively with clients, project partners and project stakeholders to establish an effective working relationship;
Being able to negotiate with the project partner (s) and be capable to initiate the new project to suit the current needs of our customers or potential customers;
Followed up with clients to verify satisfaction; and
Other tasks required by Head of Sale and Strategies
Job Requirement
At least bachelor degree from Business Administration, Banking and Finance or Economics or other equal certificates;
At least 5 years’ experience in Microfinance and Banking sector;
At least 2 year-work experiences in the project management
Be responsible and committed to complete the given tasks with deadlineGood communication and negotiation skill
Analytical skill, good at data analysis and report writing;
Initiative and critical thinking;
Good in English (writing and speaking)
Sound in computer (MS. Word, Ms. Excel, PowerPoint...)
