Be responsible for monthly portfolio reports to capture the progress of card business.
Work closely with card centre team to design and develop card product feature.
Assist to achieve target of campaign
Work closely with marketing department to conduct telemarketing and promoting of card product to customer
Be responsible for achieving the bankcard selling and fee based income
Maintain strong understanding of competitor, identify and define the market trend.
Be responsible for existing customer retention, AC attrition rate and encouragement of card usage
Keep good relationship with customer
Work closely with card business operation team to handle customer compliance, dispute and chargeback.
Participate in card system implementation and testing
Perform other duties assigned by managements.

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required language(s): English, another language will be a plus.
Previous experience with Visa, MasterCard or UPI
Previous experience of digital sell and marketing
Sound problem solving skills with high flexibility
Fluency in English both written and speaking and Chinese is advantage
Good knowledge of information technology and banking product.
