Assist line manager managing a suite of digital banking products/services and proposition incorporating: digital product strategy, product life cycle management, digital product definition, digital product and proposition development, launch and commercialization.
Assist in monitor and review digital product performance and recommend for improvements.
Assist and co-ordinate on report requirement of digital banking products/services for regulators, management, branches and relevant business team.
Follow up the competitor’s activities to ensure ongoing competitive service in the market.
Assist and prepare formulate, recommend and present committee submission.
Make sure all digital productivities properly documented/ maintained.
Perform other task assigned by Department Head.
Job Requirement
Degree or relevant professional qualification in Business, Accounting, Economics, Management or relevant working experience in this area.
Fresh Graduate are encouraged.
Sound good knowledge in Digital Banking Service within financial institution.
Hard working, commitment and willing to learn new things.
