Lead in initiative idea to conduct and analyze the market demand with research team.
Detail on the project management and able to properly manage project works from each respective member based on timeline set.
Strongly confident able to collect and analyze data to support the initiative projects.
Lead in enhancing or revising the existing products to response on the market changes and keep these products being competitive and attractive in the market.
Review and monitoring product performance to identify product’s SWOT, and take appropriate of product’s performance.
Regular market survey and observation to identify the potential business initiatives in supporting business growth.
Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
Job Requirement
Hold bachelor degree in Marketing, Management, Finance and banking, Economics, or other related field.
Has at least 3 years experiences in credit product development and five years in Financial Sector is a plus.
Good understanding and knowledge of microfinance and banking products, especially credit products and/or services.
Good team player and supportive to team members.
Good at communication skills, including English speaking and writing skills.
Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, Power point, and internet Email.
