Ensure the Independent Risk Champion (IRC) agenda or activities are run smoothly within business of HKL.
Support to the stakeholder in delivering and understanding the line of defense practice in managing the risks.
Ensure all branches of HKL business are aware off the IRC function and participate the implementation it as per the business as usual.
Coordinate to planning or organizing and controlling the staff under supervision to proactively.
Develop the training program related to specific skill in risk management for supporting the IRC training program.
Maintain the recording mechanism of the quantitative and qualitative performance for staff.
Perform additional tasks and any duties as required by direct supervisor or management.

Bachelor degree of Management, Banking and Finance, Economics, or other related field, English degree is preferable.
At least 3 year experience on operational risks and fraud risk management.
Good understanding and knowledge of loan assessment process in advance.
Computer literacy in MS Office includes Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email.
Good command of English is preferable.
Sound risk management and analytical skill
Understanding of financial or banking business operation.
