Assist RiskManager to monitor the Key Risk Indicators (KRI) to ensure the Company is able to timely response and prevent the potential risks;
Assist RiskManager to validate the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Risk Mapping for each core process;
Collect and review the Loss Event Data (LED), analyze the main reasons, and provide sufficient appropriate recommendations as necessary;
Assist Risk Manager to updatethe Risk Tracking Report;
Monitor managementcontrol checklistsin order to prevent and mitigate operational risk.
Assist Risk Manager to perform new product risk process
Develop and update BCP testing plan and guidelines (building evacuation drills, call tree, or back-up testing)
Assist Risk Manager to ensure and monitor credit portfolioand credit transaction risk;
Assist Risk Manager to ensure credit exposures within set risk bearing limits;
Assist Risk Manager update credit risk report;
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration for finance and banking or related fields;
Experience: At least 2 years in Microfinance and Banking sector.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of the microfinance business in Cambodia, and preferred understand of risk management framework.
