Monitor and Supervise MEP project site works and project managers.
Improve and Develop the MEP Project site work and report process
Managing Quality Control and FSE team
Coordinate the MEP Design, purchasing and execution works by being interfacing between all parties involved (technical design office, architects, project managers, ss etc.)
Support quantity surveying and cost innovation for the BOQ during pre-construction
Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout duration of the project(from Ground-breaking through commissioning and Turnover to owner)
Support Site Director or Project Manager with developing detailed Critical-Path-Method (CPM) schedules for all MEP installation activities, including cost and resources loading.
Coordinate material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation.
Take overall responsibility for the performance of all MEP project.
Supervise review and coordination of submittals. shop drawings, as built documents, as built drawings, including the performance tests, the commissioning and hand over, the snagging and snagging reports.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
At least 15 years of experience of Construction/MEP Coordination
Good understanding of building codes, mechanical codes, Electrical Codes, and Plumbing Codes asrelated to construction of Project
Have proven track record as a MEP Project Manager on projects with large MEP scopes.
