Job Description

  • Responsible for appropriate functioning of the overall processing of Loan data entry in T24 system for all Cambodia Post Bank’s branches.
  • Conducting on site check and ensuring on completing loan data entry request form and other tasks related to loan disbursement such as: accounting and loan disbursement flow at branches, safekeeping / timely dispatch to fire proof for customer physical document like loan files, Collaterals, Vault registers and other registers maintained by the Accounts officers.
  • Using operational expertise to identifying gaps in day to day branch operation process then direct or indirect monitoring and supervision.
  • Review of sample cases on a day to day basis to ensure quality and compliance obligation.
  • Prevent process deviations by doing root cause analysis and putting in preventive and corrective actions in place.
  • Ensuring improvement in the Quality scores of Centralized Operations Unit, responsible for and adherence to Operational requirements with ongoing process & system changes.
  • Responsible to measuring productivity of the respective Centralized operation team and TAT (Turnaround Times).
  • Training, back-up planning, job rotation of the Accounts Officers and timely hiring / ensuring attrition and error rate is low.
  • Provide valuable inputs towards system and process changes to eliminate wastage and simplify and strong governance. Carry out UAT’s on system changes and share valuable inputs with Technology teams.
  • Train the Accounts officers responsible on new products, system and process changes and ensure appropriate training has been imparted before enhancements going live.
  • Rectify and close Audit finding items and QA items in agreed timeframe with long term preventive solutions
  • Other tasks would be assigned by Head of Operation Department such as Centralized Opt officer recruitment and training.

Job Requirement

  • Hold of Master or Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking or related skill
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Bank or MFI
  • Strong facilitate and critical thinking skill.
  • Planning and organizing
  • Good English and Communication skills (Writing and Verbal).
  • Knowledge of computer such as Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email
  • Self-Initiative and self-motivation
  • Problem identification, adaptability
