Prepare Commercial & Corporate loan proposals submitted by branches/RM.
Analyze the financial statements and creditworthiness of borrowers.
Ensure the effectiveness of credit underwriting turn-around time.
Identify borrowers’ business risks and propose corresponding mitigations.
Interact with branch staff to solicit and verify the borrower's information.
Propose credit decisions and negotiate with branch staff accordingly.
Liaise with the Management Credit Committee in presenting a loan proposal and responding to queries or suggestions from the committee.
File reports on the turnaround time of the loan process at the head office.
Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Bachelor degree in banking/finance, business, economics, or other equivalent qualification.
At least 3 year of working experience related to credit and/or financial analysis.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding and knowledge of the microfinance and banking sectors.
Good interpersonal communication, teamwork, and being result-oriented.
Sound computer literacy, particularly in Word, Excel, the Internet, and email.
Proficiency in English is a plus.
High commitment with strong work ethics and integrity.
