To support Unit Manager of credit product in the development, maintain and review product performance.
Regular market survey and observation to identify the potential Business initiative in supporting business growth.
Assist in enhancing or revising the existing credit product to response the market change and to keep these products being competitive and attractive in market demand.
Assist team to prepare plan and deliver training to relevant staff on credit product.
Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor and Unit/Skill Manager.
Job Requirement
Fresh graduate student in Finance and banking, Economics, or another related field.
Equip with good understanding and knowledge of microfinance and banking products, especially credit products and/or services is a plus.
Good in communication skill and ability to work as a team.
High personal morality and able to work under pressure.
Good English knowledge.
Willingness to travel occasionally to provincial branch office.
