Job Description
The main purpose of the "VP & Head of Business Banking Department" position is perform and take care of credit sale and non-credit sale; that know as lending, deposit mobilization neither fee base product nor digital products and services. This function is responsible to make sure the sale KPIs set are achievable and perform very well. Head of Business Banking Department will perform role of overall management & monitoring supports to the retail credit sale segments and retail deposit segment to branches and regions as well as to develop sales staff through capacity building and Sales Strategies development.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Be responsible for establishing sale channel to existing SME customer and explore to new acquisition via all applicable sale channel and business relationship management for selling SME lending products to individual SME and other medium size of business SME.
- lead and manage the portfolio of deposit for retail banking customers which included the Hattha Bank private banking segment with the expansion on retail sale through the acquisition of new and existing HTB customers.
- Be responsible for establishing sale channel to existing Retail customer and explore to new acquisition via all applicable sale channel and business relationship management for selling Retail lending products to individual Retail.
- Be responsible for role-modelling the delivery of outstanding service to Hattha Bank VIP/VVIP/High Net Worth customers.
- Builds and maintains business relationships and networks, and providing customers with a superior level of service and standards.
- Created for leverages their network of specialists to craft a response to customers’ needs, and looks outside the square for financial solutions for high net worth customers, passing on sales referrals where appropriate.
- Perform others task assigned by Sales & Distribution Division and Senior Management.
Skills Specifications
- Bachelor degree in Management, Accounting, Finance & Banking or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in banking and financial services, and in bank business development role in senior management.
- Knowledge on Business Development skills, Customer Service skills, Marketing skills, Selling and strong Credit analysis skills, and relationship management skills, Management and Leadership Skills, Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Offices, Excel, email and Banking System would be an advantage.
- Be able to communication in Khmer and English or language would be an advantage.
