Initiate and develop new loan product or marketing campaign proposal for the growth of the bank.
Manage and enhance the existing loan to be well performed, competitive and attractive in the market.
Optimize and/or modernize all various channels for end-to-end credit processing such as LOS, Core Banking, Mobile Banking and Internet banking to deliver the smooth & great customer experience.
Regularly review on loan pricing with competitors and report to management.
Ensure the good product performance and product awareness in the market.
Lead, coaching, supporting subordinates to achieve KPI/target and improve productivity.
Perform additional tasks and any duties as required by direct supervisor or management.
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree in Finance/Banking, Business admin, Economics or equivalent.
At least 3-years experience in loan product and/or credit card development in commercial banks.
Knowledge on regulatory requirement, risk management and data analysis.
Be good at presentation, write up product proposal and task management.
Be proficient in English both writing and speaking.
