Prepare, review and monitor of compliance status (consoled compliance checklist, consoled compliance calendar report checklist and monthly compliance monitoring checklist) to regulations from public authorities.
Review, monitor and test on prudential ratios and lender covenant compliance and prepare report to management.
Conduct regulatory compliance training where necessary.
Conduct onsite/offsite reviewing within Hattha Bank’s departments/ branches.
Prepare report to group and management.
Update to management and other departments of new/update regulations.
Work closely and support departments regarding the implementation in compliance to public authorities.
Undertake review of compliance PPMGUs under unit responsibilities.
Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor or management.
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree in Finance/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1-year experience in banking and financial institution in field of internal control, AML, or risk management, or internal audit.
Knowledge of principle banking and financial institution (BFI) operations, laws and regulations.
Demonstrate the abilities to learn and interpret applicable laws and regulations.
