Assist supervisor in communicating the plan and collaborate with all related departments, digital technical team, IT team to drive the development and plan on execution.
Assist supervisor in preparing detail product requirements, project requirements, user stories, product backlog for clarity of development scope.
Take charge of UAT planning, execution and documentation sign off with related functions.
Work with direct supervisor on feature release priority and planning to ensure effective launch to market.
Work with acquisition team to collect customer feedbacks on digital products and plan the improvement.
Document product procedure and maintain updates to ensure the product remain competitive in market.
Support preparing the necessary material and facilitate training/refreshment work to branches and other related departments existing /new digital products/services.
Perform other task as assigned by supervisor or Management
Job Requirement
At least 1-year experience in mobile and internet banking performance management at bank or MFIs.
Bachelor degree in finance and banking, e-commerce, business or digital economy.
Be able to communicate in English language and some basic presentation/training skill.
Be available to travel to rural areas when required.
Good in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Email.
Good integrity, Positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
