Establish and maintain all necessary information technologyprocedures and ensure that all systems are supported by thenecessary documentation and manuals.
Supporting inrunningclose of business of core system with approved procedure
Make sure all database are backed up properly before and after close of business with properly backup log records
Participate on user accepted test with end-usersonnew Core Banking System that is transforming to make sure that the system functionality work properly and fulfills user requirement with all possible bugs fixed.
Help to define IT training needs and provide training as requiredto ensure the most effective use of computer systems.
Held-desk support and monitor closely on data encoding at branches inthe MIS system.
Manage all reports and change request documents which requested by user.
Monitor the reconciliation and researchof discrepancies in MIS reportdata.
Maintain an awareness of new developments in informationtechnology and ensure that the company makes the best use ofany such developments.
Update the guideline and instruction to improve the implementation
To perform others tasks as assigned by line supervisor
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor degree in computer science, technology or related fields;
Experience: At least 1 years’ experiencewith management information system
Experience in systems security such as backup/restore, user access rights, etc.
Experience in developing program is plus
Knowledge: On MBWin System and SQL Server database design
Language: Be high proficiency in English: listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
Computer literacy: MS office, MS Outlook, IT Languages (VB.Net, ASP.Net,PHP,Java, C# and etc.),SQL Server, MBWin Systemor Other systemsfor business operation
Have a good interpersonal and communication skill, team work, independent, and result-oriented;
Be good writing procedure, guideline, and instruction;
Ability to work without supervision;
Ability to use initiative, prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines;
