Work closely withOperation department and HR training officer to design new courses and develop training material base on requirement.
Participate and contribute to yearly training needs assessments, including analysis of data derived from performance management processes
Corporate with HRD and OPD to develop Institutional Training Curriculum(only for operation course), including which medium is best adapted to each topic for optimal efficiency of the training delivery
Developthe annual training calendar for operations department and ensure that the training is run smoothly;
To corporate with training officer to develop the e-course.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and relevant reports to Head of Marketingand in copy to Headof Human Resources.
Execute the operational trainings to branch staff
Conduct branch and field visits for the purpose to adapt the training material and methods
Ensure training quality evaluations are done to ensure continued improvement of training methodology, format, content, delivery, etc.
With support from the Head of Marketing and Social Performance Management, conduct regular market surveysincluding customer satisfaction and dropout.
To develop questionnaires, select samples, interview the partners/related parties, and any other relevantsource of information for doing the analysis.
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing programs to promote the company's brand.
Job Requirement
Education – bachelor’s degree of Banking and Finance or equivalent prior experience and understanding of Banking or Microfinance sector
Experience – at least 2-yearexperiences working incredit operations as loan officer or loan supervisor,
Having experience inmarket research, training, would be a value add
