Develop and update the training and development guideline/policy and procedure and make sure it aligns to real practice and objectives of the training function.
Make sure all training expensesare properly expended and accounted for.
Prepare annual stafftraining and development plan, estimate training budget, arrangementand Implementation–submit to line manager for validation.
Ensure Training NeedsAssessment processesand reports are effectively implemented.
Identify the most effective methodology to ensure training objectives are met, including in-class training, coaching, training via tele-conference, e-learning, external training, etc.
Coordinate new employee orientation and training programseffectively, including both in-house and external training.
Ensure training programs are aligned with expected staff competencies.
Build the training capacity of all staff accountable for delivering trainings, including developing adapted tools and materials.
Report to the Chamroeun HTC on all trainings delivered as well as on the trainings needs and quality assessments, to ensure alignment with company objectives as well as quantity and quality standards.
