Provide efficient and reliable corporate secretarial services by ensuring proper administration of Board/Committee meetings and Management meetings in accordance with relevant regulation and internal policy;
Provide administrative support for completion of documentation of Board/Committee meetings and Management Meeting agenda items and invitation letters;
Complete the reports which requires inputs from all concerned management and take the minutes for Board/Committee meetings and Management meetings;
Work with concern departments to schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and events, including registration and travel arrangements as necessary;
Arrange accommodations and logistics arrangement for directors and various other stakeholders that might require;
Translate any documents as required by relevant departments or government institutions;
Support management with interpretation during field visits
2. Internal Compliance
Maintain and update a list of registered shareholder, directors and other board committee members;
Review Terms of Reference of the Board/Board Committee and Management Committees;
Ensure that all policies and procedures are duly approved by CEO and/or the Board;
Support in development, implementation, and maintenance on policies, procedures and activities to prevent illegal, unethical and/or inappropriate conduct;
Support in continuous education and staff development;
Perform other tasks and job assignments related to secretary aspect and any other urgent tasks that might be assigned by the supervisor from time to time
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree of banking and finance, law or related fields;
At least 1 year experience in secretary and/or compliance is a plus;
Basic understanding of the microfinance business in Cambodia;
Knowledge as general legality, compliance and risk as well as administrative management is an asset.
Be high proficiency in English: listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email and Internet);
Have a good interpersonal and communication skill, team work, independent and confidentiality;
Ability to handle multiple tasks and complexities as per a number of different projects will be implemented at the same time;
Ability to work with less supervision;
Ability to use initiative, prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
