Create and prepare training materials for International Operations products/services/systems/procedures including remittances, money transfers, and other payment systems;
Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Line Manager and Functional Heads;
Conduct branch site visit assessment on frontlines to observe and identify daily operations and complete checklist for further reporting and development purpose;
Maintain up-to-date training materials, methodologies and tools to equip participating employees with well-rounded knowledge and skills;
Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness to ensure all competency gaps are addressed for further improvement;
Provide coaching and guidance to relevant frontline employees in regard to International Operations knowledge and procedures;
Provide end-to-end support/guidance to employees before and after training;
Work collaboratively and co-operatively with all related departments to provide support to employees in line with ABA goals and values;
Partake in process improvement/development within the department by working closely with Line Manager(s) and other ABA Bank specialists to identify improvement opportunities, drafting processes, and piloting them into operations;
Continuously propose to refine/enhance existing systems/processes and attend testing before implementing the changes;
Handle tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Teaching, Finance and Banking, Accounting or any relevant field;
Minimum two year of working experiences in banking and financial services industry preferably in training field;
Knowledge of banking operations especially international money transfers;
Teaching, training delivery, and classroom management skills;
Ability to coach, support and communicate product and process knowledge to relevant stakeholders;
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English;
Good communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills;
Ability to prepare lesson plan, presentation and other training materials;
