Collect the data and information from system (core banking system, BI system, audit system, etc.) and others relevance reports to perform the pre-audit analysis, RCM or TOD & TOE to support each audit engagement for branch auditor teams.
Preparing the audit strategic plan and others relevance working paper for branch audit assignment and disposing the analytics results to the branch auditors for pre-testing before field visit.
Develop and update TOD & TOE, audit working papers and checklist including Credit Review of Hattha Bank Plc. for branch auditors to conduct the audit at branch operations.
Review the result of auditing to create a new audit scope/auditable unit.
Collect the new updated of policies, procedures, guideline, memos… and regulations, laws, and prakas for developing and updating audit scope, audit program guide and audit working papers.
Assist in preparing annual branch risk assessment, credit review plan in term of criteria for loan sampling, loan sample size.
Asist in providing the necessary training of new or updated audit scope/auditable unit, audit program guide and audit working papers to existing branch auditors and new comer to conduct auditing at branches of Hattha Bank.
Participate and assist the branch audit teams of any special appraisals, inspections, investigations, examinations or fraud cases/irregular transactions as necessary needed or where appropriateness.
Perform other task as assigned by supervisor or management.
Job Requirement
Professional accounting qualification or a Bachelor/Master degree in accounting or equivalent degree is required.
At least 1 year working experiences in different areas such as auditing, public accounting firm, finance and banking sectors.
Demonstrable experience in developing or implementing the internal audit process, audit procedure, and standard of audit program guide or related field.
Good knowledge/understanding of business concept, internal control and auditing technique skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication and management skills including leading teams.
Ability to work independently, under pressure, self-motivated high level of commitments and trustworthiness
Advanced analytical, organizational, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
Good in written and verbal communication skills, including excellent English speaking and writing skills.
