Assist direct supervisor on implementing digital initiatives under the division scope which include mobile and internet banking, payment, new technology adoption/solutions.
Collaborate in R&D activities and the creation of proof of concept of all new digital initiatives.
Develop detail product requirements, project requirements, user stories, product backlog for clarity of development scope.
Enforce on scrum development framework across the development team.
Assist to prepare report progress of key project portfolio under responsibility.
Support direct supervisor on end-to-end management of project delivery which include business requirement development, activity planning, risk/benefit identification, cross functional coordination, effective project closure monitoring.
Perform business analyst role to support functional teams.
Facilitate necessary communication across organization to support programs or project implementation.
Perform other task as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree in digital IT management, e-commerce, finance and banking, business, or digital economy.
At least 3-years’ experience in digital project management at banks and/or MFIs.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
Good understanding of scrum development framework and other agile methodologies.
Understand how to effectively lead team and manage product backlogs as well as release planning.
Be able to communicate in English language and basic presentation/training skill.
Good in MS. Office including MS. Excel and MS. PowerPoint.

Able to work independently, organized, creative and attentive to details.
