Assist to prepare procedure, digital product profitability, growth covering mobile banking, internet banking both consumer and corporate module.
Support services standard, customer feedback/experience and issues relating to these channels.
Assist to research availability of new technology, conduct market analysis and share to supervisor.
Assist supervisor to prepare value proposition for various customer segments.
Assist to collect data digital banking business, including acquisition, transaction, event trigger offering, etc.
Assist to prepare relevant report requirement for regulators, management, branches and relevant business team.
Support preparing the necessary material and facilitate training/refreshment work to branches and other related departments existing/new digital products/services.
Perform other task as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree in finance and banking, e-commerce, business or digital economy.
At least 1-year experience in mobile and internet banking performance management at banks or MFIs.
Be able to communicate in English language and some basic presentation/training skill.
Good in MS. Office including MS. Excel and MS. PowerPoint.
Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
Be creative and attentive to details, be available to travel to rural areas.
