Coordinate, administer and advise the management on various aspects of HR policy and processes such as compensation and benefit, recruitment, new staff orientation, payroll and employee relations programs.
Administer recruitment and selection process (placing advertisements, interviewing, processing applications, liaising with hiring manager, handling selection process tasks and etc.).
Maintain and update accurate records for individual employees.
Attendance tracking and corresponding disciplinary action.
Main contact point with corporate HR, local management team and employees.
Support corporate HR with processes, policies and initiatives.
Any other tasks assign by corporate HR or the management.
Job Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR.
Knowledge of Cambodia Labor Law is a must.
Resourceful and comfortable with a matrix reporting structure.
Possess good communication, negotiation and people skills.
Excellent in both spoken and written English as the incumbent needs to communicate with foreign staff and corporate HR.
Adaptive and able to work in an ambiguous environment.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
