Arrange the banking vehicles for supporting daily operations
Manage on the security team leader and cleaner to ensure they perform their role effectively and efficiently
Manage and fix all the broken accessories in water closet promptly
Work with branches and departments for facilitate the document of request pass to procurement team to proceed buying materials or fixed assets
Physical count of stock & stationeries and fixed assets as the plan or assigned by manager
Detail check on the stock and stationeries report before submit to manager for approval
Help the branch to solve the issue relate to stock and stationeries system
Ensure all the data and report of fixed assets are properly check and verified before submit to manager
Coordinate activities among the teams
Provide feedback to higher level managements
Responsible for tracking rental buildings at HQ and make payment on time
Assist head of admin unit for all operation expenses requests from H.Q staffs and branches and submit to authorized level for approval by check and brief sign
Responsible for preparing for meeting of H.Q such as room, foods, snack, and attendant on time
Provides all trainings to head of branches operation/branch operation officers for new recruitments and continue trainings for all bank policy
Do other tasks, which is assigned by supervisor/manager.
Job Requirement
Understand about vision, mission, regulations, and other principles of Cambodia Post Bank.
Hold Bachelor degree of Finance and Banking, Accounting, or Business Administration.
At least 2 years experiences in Admin affairs.
High proficiency in English knowledge.
Skills in managing, communicating, reporting, decision making, problem solving, and interpersonal skill.
