Prepare and implement Plan of Action (POA) and adhere to the Institution’s credit policies and procedures;
Prepare weekly and monthly work plan including repayment collections and disbursements to get approval from CCO and/or BM;
Build network with local authorities such as Chief of Village, Chief of Commune, Chief of Police and other MFI operators in the areas;
Promote the Institution’s products and services to target clients at potential areas and assist other COs in conducting a group promotion as requested by CCO and/or BM;
Meet potential clients and assess their loan applications following the Institution’s Credit Policy and Procedures and instructions;
Ensure 100% of loan utilization by clients is checked;
Take immediate action when there is any occurrence of past due loan and report the status to CCO/BM for information and support;
Advice and share information to clients in doing business and support them;
Conduct field research on clients’ satisfaction survey, SWOT analysis of the Institution’s competitors in the operational areas and send report to CCO and/or BM for consolidation and submission;
Prepare monthly report as may be assigned by the CCO and/or BM;
Perform other tasks assigned by CCO and/or BM.
Job Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Finance and Banking, Business Administration, Marketing and/ or related field;
At least 1 year experience related to this position;
Good at mathematic and calculation skill;
Good at product promotion, collateral analyzes, interest rate calculation, income analyze and past due solving;
Able to work under pressure and independent;
Hardworking, strong commitment and self-motivated person;
