Introduce and promote all non-loan services to potential customers, prospective and public.
Build and maintain good relationship with existing customers, prospective and keeping the good experience at all customer touchpoints. Willing to help People do thing better.
Conduct personal selling of non-loan service including servicing and Provide door-to-door non-loan service to customers.
Introduce and promote the Phillip bank brand among customer and public and promote non-loan service to target customers and prospective.
Be an active presenter for sales consultant to customers’ inquiries, needed, and sale objections…etc. and accordance with policies and guidelines.
Develop annual sales plan with branch manager for non-loan services at own branch.
Develop promotional plan including selecting and screening areas and customers for promoting bank and services awareness and actions.
Follow up customers and record feedback and recommendation from customers.
Maximize to volume of sale for non-loan services to exceed the annual plan approved.
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent diploma
At least one year experiences in banking or related field of sales and marketing
Able to Read, Write, speak and understand English well.
Possess good communication skill, firm, and friendly
