Act as ABA Bank’s representative to coordinate the meeting, discussion and connect tax revenue collection services through OTC and digital channels.
Implement other government’s revenue collection services as per signed MOUs (existing and to be expanded from time to time).
Deal with tax collection operations, including but not limted to, supporting distribution to implement workflow for transaction, to reconcile statement/stock, and to report to applicable agencies dealing with such operations.
Provide support and resolution whenever error occurs, initated by employees, clients or other factors (system error).
Ongoing engagement with government agencies to update changes in their policies, guidelines and procedures which impact the operations at the Bank.
Work with key stakeholders to plan, enhance, and implemement changes impacted by modification/changes introduced by governments for their services (i.e., fee structure, workflow…).
Design tax collection services, guidelines, workflows and neccesary tools to effectively introduce tax products/services into the market.
Provide training to frontline personnel on tax collection at counters or ToT persons.
Monitor and support daily operations for tax collection services such as inquiries, complaints, issues or disputes from branches, clients and authorities.
Stay well-informed of new types of relevant banking process in the market and continuously identify in-house operating gaps and propose to improve the gaps under approval from Line Manager and work closely with internal teams to initiate and implement new processes.
Handle tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in taxation, finance and banking, accounting, law or related field with Certificate of Diploma of Cambodian Tax.
Minimum three years of working experiences in tax function.
Demonstrated knowledge and hand-on experiences of tax process in-line with Cambodia law and regulations.
Excellent relationship management with internal and external stakeholders and strong networking skills.
Excellent follow-up, communication, negotiation, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
